Shipping and Returns

Order Lead Time

  • All pieces are made to order and take up to 3 weeks unless specified otherwise.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details when the order is sent.
  • If your order is a rush, please contact us at info@tesseracreations.com and we will try our best to meet your needs.

Shipping

  • Signature Required: Upon delivery, a signature is required.
  • Liability: Tessera Creations by Bijouterie Empire is not responsible for lost shipments if the tracking states that the item was delivered.
  • Delayed Delivery: Tessera Creations by Bijouterie Empire is not liable for delays due to the recipient's unavailability for signature or issues caused by the shipping company (e.g., weather or technical issues).
  • Returned Shipments: If a package is sent back to the company for any reason, the customer will have to pay for re-shipment.

International Orders

  • Shipping outside Canada and the United States is not included
  • International shipping fees vary according to country & continent and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Prices also do not include import/customs duties, VAT, tariffs, and any other fees levied by the destination country.
  • The purchaser is responsible for all additional international fees.
  • The order recipient must comply with the destination country’s laws and regulations.
  • Tessera Creations by Bijouterie Empire is not responsible for delayed international deliveries due to customs.
  • All costs for refused delivery due to fees or restrictions are the purchaser's responsibility.

  

Returns/Exchanges

  • All our pieces are made to order and therefore are final sale with the exception of any damages upon delivery, prior to being worn
  • Due to the finality of your purchase if you have questions about measurements and product scales we will be happy to answer any questions prior to your purchase.
  • In the event of damages, manufacturing defects or if you receive an item in error please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tesseracreations.com. We will be happy to help you with your issue but reserve the right to refuse the return if we determine that your item(s) were purposely damaged.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Special orders
    • Custom deposits
  • Special Orders/Personalized Items (e.g., rings, custom size options, items with initials, names & personalized engravings) are final sale and non-refundable.

Repairs

  • Pieces are guaranteed for 30 days from the purchase date for defects.
  • Tessera Creations by Bijouterie Empire may refuse repairs if we believe items were intentionally damaged or misused.
  • If after 30 days, your item(s) need repairing please contact us at info@tesseracreations.com and we will happily send you a quote.
